‘My work is mainly conceptually driven- influenced by human nature, both good and bad.

I am a self-taught artist and I approach my work with as few planned outlines or mental boundaries as possible, allowing my work to take on a life of its own. I make use of mixed media to influence and encourage this idea, allowing space for the unexpected to happen. Over a period of time, a story unfolds…

I mainly paint from memory and the subconscious. Through my art, I comment on society, focusing on subjects such as propaganda, protest and satire.’
