He designed of the prestigious trophy for the Bank Windhoek Triennale and has participated in numerous solo exhibitions in Namibia, as well as collaborative exhibitions in both Namibia and Europe.\r\n\r\nChris draws inspiration from iconic artists like Picasso, Modigliani, Herman van Nazareth, Basquiat, and contemporary Brazilian art. His artistic style is heavily influenced by storytelling, where crude brush strokes, humorous details, and provocative colors come together in unexpected compositions. These elements infuse his work with energy and movement, inviting the viewer to embark on a journey into a world that feels both intimately recognizable and new.\r\n\r\nChris shares his creative life with his life partner, Sigi Kolbe an artist and yoga teacher, and his daughter.
